Company
Fiorenzato is an Italian manufacturer built entirely around commercial coffee grinding — its flat-burr platforms are engineered for the kind of all-day consistency a busy espresso bar actually needs, rather than home-barista polish.
The Product
The F64 EVO Sense takes Fiorenzato's on-demand F64 EVO — already a proven 64mm workhorse — and replaces its timer with a load cell. Instead of grinding for a set number of seconds and hoping the dose lands where you want it, the Sense weighs every dose as it drops and stops the burrs the moment it hits target. The 64mm burr set and active cooling system carry over unchanged, so the upgrade is purely about dosing precision, not a different grinding platform.
· Grind-by-Weight dosing — each shot is weighed as it grinds, not timed, so dose variance from bean density or humidity gets corrected automatically.
· 64mm flat burr set — carried over from the F64 EVO, sized for high daily throughput without overheating.
· Active cooling system — keeps grinding temperature down during back-to-back extractions, protecting flavour during peak service.
· On-demand grinding with electronic dose programming for quick recipe changes between baristas.
Who It's Built For
Cafes already running an F64 EVO who've hit the ceiling of what timer-based dosing can deliver, and want the same burr set and footprint with a tighter, weight-verified dose every time.

Summary
A precision upgrade rather than a new grinder — same 64mm platform your team already knows, with a load cell doing the job a stopwatch used to do less reliably.
