1. Customer requests quote for items on our website
2. We provide the full quote, delivered, and installed
3. Customer approves the quote
4. Buna Coffee provides a one pager document that the customer should complete
5. Buna Coffee submits this to different financial institutions
6. Financial institution responds with monthly instalment via debit order in PDF format
7. Customer approves the instalment [only here the process/contract is confirmed]
8. Buna Coffee delivers the equipment
9. Contract is signed between the customer and financial institution direct

We do export to some African countries, but unfortunately not outside the borders of Africa.
