It pairs Rocket's fully saturated group system with digital PID temperature control, giving you the thermal stability normally reserved for full-size commercial equipment.

Pre- and post-infusion run through a full pressure-profiling system: choose from five preset programmes, or take manual control through Rocket's brew paddle for genuine hands-on shaping of the shot. A potentiometer-controlled magnetic pump delivers precise, silent variable pressure profiling, and the machine can run from its internal reservoir or be plumbed in directly — flexibility that matters whether you're setting it up in a home kitchen or a small commercial bar.
