The Product

The Cafe Racer was born from unrestricted freedom — a project with no haste, no boundaries, no obligations beyond delivering perfect performance to baristas everywhere. The brief was simple: take the best of Sanremo's technology and put it in a chassis as light and sturdy as a café racer motorbike. Since 2018 it's been the official machine of the Latte Art and Coffee in Good Spirits competition finals — recognition earned through reliability and thermal stability under genuine competitive pressure.

Its defiant tubular design easily upstages other machines on the counter, and it's remarkably easy to customise — 20 factory variations, plus the ability to order specific colours to match your brand or space. It's also the first espresso machine with a dashboard on each individual group head, giving every station its own intuitive interface. Note that the Cafe Racer isn't kept in standard monthly stock — units come in periodically, so please get in touch if you'd like to order a specific configuration.
