About the X-One Coffee Grinder

This is the first grinder that Sanremo has produced, and they have taken utmost care to make sure it is one of their best.

They have patented their weight by beans technology, and what this entails is the following: It uses two independent hoppers to specifically weigh the beans before it is ground. Once the coffee is ground it drops down into the portafilter with very low retention, making sure the next ground is as fresh as the first.

Pre-Prepared Grinding: X-one is the only coffee grinder which integrates a system of weighing of coffee beans before grinding.

Empty chamber grinding: After each delivery, the grinding chamber it is always released guaranteeing low retention in the grinding system.

Vertical flat 98mm grinder:  This is the ultimate in performance and durability engineered for both espresso and filter coffee.

Preset recipes: You can save up to 12 customized recipes - you can set weight, grinding speed and burrs distance. Save & upload on USB.

Grinding speed: 3 standard speeds: 1,000 rpm , 1,200 rpm, 1,400 rpm. 1 custom speed, range 800 - 1,400 rpm. Selected by user on digital display.

3 grinders in 1: 2 independent hoppers which can each hold 1.2kg of coffee. By-pass function which can work as a single dose grinder or whole retail bags on demand. Upon opening the drawer, which is essentially an ad hoc 250gm third hopper, the display automatically shifts to settings the user pre-programs for use of the drawer.
