The Schaerer Soul is a genuine workhorse — one machine, two sizes (Soul 10 and Soul 12), and three built-in user interfaces for Guest, Frequent User, and Staff modes. At just 33cm wide with a high-resolution touch screen that can also display promotional video, it's built to handle a busy kitchen or counter without taking up the space a machine that size usually needs.
