The Timemore Bricks 01S Coffee Grinder is a compact, corded electric burr grinder built around a 40mm S2C040 conical burr set and 150-step, 10-micron grind adjustment. This is café-level dial-in control, shrunk down to fit the smallest corner of your counter.
A 5-axis CNC-machined, 55-58 HRC stainless steel burr set grinds evenly across a wide range of brew methods. The result is clarity and balance in the cup, dose after dose.
Each click moves the burrs by just 0.01mm, giving you 150 grind settings to work with. That's enough resolution to fine-tune espresso shots and still cover moka pot, pour-over and French press on the same grinder.
A built-in knocker dislodges grounds clinging to the chute and burr chamber before each dose. Less retention means less stale coffee carried over into your next grind.
The compact hopper is sized for single-dose grinding rather than bulk loading, so beans go from bag to burr with minimal sitting time. A 35g catch cup keeps grounds contained and mess-free.
