The Gaggia Classic Evo Pro is a very affordable machine for the aspiring barista. It provides all the necessary to make a good cup of coffee without breaking your purse.

The biggest difference between the Gaggia Classic Pro and the Gaggia Classic Evo Pro is the materials used in the machine. The appearance of the machines still look very similar. The Evo Pro has been upgraded with materials to better insulate, stabilize and add longevity to the machine. 

1. Portafilter is stainless steel in stead of chrome plated
2. The Group head has exterior stainless steel with brass on the inside for better temperature stability
3. The Boiler has received an industrial coating to improve longevity and reduce limescale build up
