About the Brand
Saeco was founded in 1981 in Gaggio Montano, Italy, by Sergio Zappella and Arthur Schmed, and within four years the company had launched the Superautomatica — the world's first fully automatic espresso machine for home use. That same instinct, automating genuine Italian espresso technique rather than diluting it, still defines the brand.
Saeco machines are now a fixture in offices, hotels, and hospitality venues worldwide, valued for consistent, barista-style results with minimal daily intervention.
The Product
The Saeco Magic Series pairs a minimalist body with a 7" full-colour touchscreen and LED-lit dispensing area, built for offices, boutique hotels, and hospitality venues that want a customer-facing machine with genuine barista-style presentation.
Choosing Between M1, M2 and B1, B2
The M-models (M1, M2) add a silent built-in milk frother for espresso, cappuccino, and latte; the B-models (B1, B2) drop milk handling and focus on espresso and black coffee. Within each pair, the 1-variant is the smaller-tank, smaller-hopper unit, and the 2-variant steps up water tank and bean hopper capacity for higher-volume sites; M2+ and B2+ add a direct water connection in place of the tank.
Key Features

7" Full-Colour Touchscreen with LED Lighting
A minimalist touchscreen interface pairs with LED lighting in the dispensing area for a customer-facing presentation.
Customizable Recipes (Tailored Beverages)
Adjust recipes to individual preferences rather than relying on fixed factory settings.
Adjustable Dispenser Height (75–160 mm)
Accommodates everything from an espresso cup to a tall takeaway cup.
Remote Management via Saeco Pro.Up
Compatible with Saeco's Pro.Up platform for remote monitoring and management.
Who It's Built For
The Magic Series suits offices, boutique hotels, and hospitality venues that want a sleek, professional-looking machine for a customer-facing environment — where presentation matters as much as the coffee itself.
