Dial the water temperature between 90°C and 98°C, so a light roast and a dark roast can each brew at the temperature that actually suits them.
Compensate for elevation so your brew temperature stays accurate regardless of where you're brewing.
Water is dispersed over the grounds in pulses rather than a single pour, emulating professional equipment and manual pour-over technique.
An extra-capacity gold-tone mesh filter is included, with the grounds basket also built to take paper filters if you prefer them.
