The Eureka Mignon Silenzio Espresso Grinder takes the compact Mignon body and wraps it in a sound-insulated case, cutting the noise of a 310W direct-drive motor down to café-early-morning-friendly levels. It grinds through 55mm flat hardened steel burrs suited to both espresso and filter brewing, switching between timed and manual portafilter-push dosing. This is a grinder built for shared spaces — quiet enough for an open-plan kitchen, precise enough for a serious espresso routine.
The 55mm burr set grinds at 1.2–1.8g/s for espresso and 1.9–2.5g/s for brew, giving you one grinder capable of both without swapping burrs.
An insulated casing dampens the motor and burr noise that usually carries through a kitchen, so grinding early in the morning doesn't wake the rest of the house.
Set a timed dose for repeatable results, or switch to manual mode and dose by pushing the portafilter into the fork — the Silenzio gives you both.
