About the Brand
Fiorenzato has been building coffee grinders in Italy since 1936, when Pietro Fiorenzato founded the company in Mestre, near Venice. The brand introduced Italy's first countertop grinder in 1948 and became the country's grinder market leader by 1988, and under the founder's grandchildren, it's kept innovating since, most recently with Sense grind-by-weight technology. Fiorenzato builds nothing but commercial coffee grinders, and that singular focus shows up in the depth and precision of its range.
The Product
The Fiorenzato F64 EVO Pro Sense takes the F64 EVO Sense's Grind-by-Weight precision and adds a quick burr access chamber, so the 64mm burr set comes out for cleaning or replacement without stripping the grinder down. On a counter that switches beans often, or simply wants to keep servicing from eating into service time, that difference adds up fast over a year of daily use. This is Grind-by-Weight built for sites where uptime matters as much as accuracy.
Key Features
Grind-by-Weight Dosing (Precision You Can Trust)
A built-in load cell weighs every dose as it drops instead of timing it, so each shot lands on target regardless of bean density, roast or humidity.
Quick Burr Access Chamber (Faster Servicing)
The burr set releases for cleaning or swapping without a full teardown, cutting servicing time significantly on a grinder that's switching beans regularly.
64mm Burr Set with Active Cooling (Sustained High-Volume Grinding)
The 64mm burrs are tuned for high daily throughput, with active cooling keeping grind temperature — and flavour — stable through back-to-back service.
Long-Life Burr Options (Lower Running Costs)
A standard burr set runs to roughly 600kg before replacement, or up to 3,000kg across five Dark-T coated sets, keeping burr costs down over the life of the grinder.
0.1g Dosing Precision (Consistent, Programmable Doses)
The Grind-by-Weight system doses in grams to 0.1g precision, so recipe changes between baristas are exact and repeatable.
Who It's Built For
The Pro Sense is built for high-throughput sites that change beans frequently, or simply want to cut the downtime that comes with routine burr servicing. If your counter can't afford a grinder that's out of action mid-service, the quick-access chamber is built for exactly that scenario.
Precision dosing and fast servicing — in one grinder.

Summary
Everything the F64 EVO Sense offers, plus the serviceability a multi-bean or high-rotation counter will notice week to week. For sites where burr servicing can't mean downtime, the Pro Sense is built to make that trade-off disappear.
