About the Brand
Fiorenzato has been building coffee grinders in Italy since 1936, when Pietro Fiorenzato founded the company in Mestre, near Venice. The brand introduced Italy's first countertop grinder in 1948 and became the country's grinder market leader by 1988, and under the founder's grandchildren, it's kept innovating since, most recently with Sense grind-by-weight technology. Fiorenzato builds nothing but commercial coffee grinders, and that singular focus shows up in the depth and precision of its range.
The Product
The Fiorenzato F64 EVO Sense takes the proven 64mm F64 EVO platform and replaces its timer with a load cell. Instead of grinding for a set number of seconds and hoping the dose lands right, the Sense weighs every dose as it drops and stops the moment it hits target. The 64mm burr set and active cooling system carry over unchanged — this upgrade is about dosing precision, not a different grinding platform.
Key Features
Grind-by-Weight Dosing (Precision Over Time-Based Guessing)
Each dose is weighed as it grinds rather than timed, so variance from bean density or humidity gets corrected automatically instead of drifting shot to shot.
64mm Flat Burr Set (Proven Daily Performance)
Carried over from the F64 EVO, these burrs are sized for high daily throughput without overheating, even through sustained service.
Active Cooling System (Flavour Protection Through Service)
An active cooling system keeps grinding temperature down during back-to-back extractions, protecting the flavour compounds that heat can strip out.
On-Demand Grinding with Electronic Dose Programming (Quick Recipe Changes)
Switching recipes between baristas or shots is a matter of programming, not manual recalibration.
0.1g Dosing Precision (Repeatable Recipes)
Doses are set and read in grams to 0.1g accuracy, so a recipe dialled in once stays exact every time it's pulled.
Who It's Built For
The F64 EVO Sense is built for cafés already running an F64 EVO who've hit the ceiling of what timer-based dosing can deliver. If you want the same burr set and footprint your team already knows, with a tighter, weight-verified dose every time, this is the upgrade.
Same grinder, sharper precision — that's the whole pitch.

Summary
A precision upgrade rather than a new grinder — the same 64mm platform your team already knows, with a load cell doing the job a stopwatch used to do less reliably.
