The Company

Conti was founded in Paris in 1950 by M. Siksik, combining a passion for espresso with engineering, and relocated to Monaco in 1956, where it remains today overlooking the Port de Fontvieille. An early adopter of volumetric technology in the 1970s, Conti has since tripled its production volume to become a recognised competitor in the global espresso machine business.

The Product

The NG-C is what happens when Conti decides a 2-group machine doesn't have to look like a utility box. Sleek curves and integrated LED lighting make it the visual anchor of a counter, but the engineering underneath does the actual work: THERMO-SIPHON circulation holds sector-leading temperature stability, paired with volumetric dosing so every shot lands at the same volume regardless of who's pulling it. A full-colour display and real-time shot timer put that consistency in front of the barista, not hidden in the machine's internals.

Day-to-day operation is where the NG-C earns its keep — guided cleaning cycles and adaptive pre-brewing take the guesswork out of maintenance, and the Sure Grip steam actuator gives instant, effortless shut-off with a flick of the wrist rather than wrestling a stiff valve mid-rush. Energy-efficient boiler insulation and calibrated heating also mean it costs less to run than its output suggests, which matters over years of daily service.

Striking on the counter, sector-leading underneath — the NG-C proves a machine can look this good and still out-perform its price bracket.

Who It's Built For

For the café or restaurant owner who wants their espresso machine to be part of the room's design, not just equipment hidden behind the counter — while still demanding genuine commercial performance at up to 150-plus coffees a day. It's built for an operation where the visual statement matters as much as the shot in the cup.

It also suits a team that values low-maintenance operation — guided cleaning and adaptive pre-brewing mean less time spent training new staff on upkeep, and more time spent serving customers.
