The Company
Conti was founded in Paris in 1950 by M. Siksik, combining a passion for espresso with engineering, and relocated to Monaco in 1956, where it remains today overlooking the Port de Fontvieille. An early adopter of volumetric technology in the 1970s, Conti has since tripled its production volume to become a recognised competitor in the global espresso machine business.
The Product
The NG-X is built for the professional who's past caring about looks and wants extraction control instead. A copper boiler paired with PID temperature control holds brew temperature exactly where it's set, shot after shot, while a thermosyphon system with adjustable flow control lets you shape how water moves through the puck rather than accepting one fixed profile. The integrated rotative pump delivers pressure that doesn't waver as steam demand climbs during a rush.
Dual steam wands mean two milk drinks can be textured simultaneously, adjustable hot water volume takes the guesswork out of Americanos, and barista lighting keeps the workspace clear during early mornings or late shifts. At 12L, the boiler capacity gives this machine real staying power through sustained volume rather than needing recovery time between rushes.
Adjustable flow, copper stability, dual-wand speed — the NG-X is built for the barista who wants to shape the shot, not just pull it.
Who It's Built For
For the specialty café or training environment where the barista actively wants control over flow and temperature profiling, rather than a machine that makes every decision for them. It's built for a team running consistent, high volume — up to 150-plus coffees a day — where two steam wands running in parallel isn't a luxury but a genuine throughput requirement.
It suits an operator who's already comfortable with PID and flow adjustment concepts, or is training staff toward that level of extraction control.

Summary
The NG-X hands genuine flow and temperature control to a barista who wants it — copper boiler stability and dual-wand speed built for a café that treats extraction as a craft, not a button press.
