About the Brand
Eureka has been designing and building coffee grinders in Florence since 1920, when founder Aurelio Conti set out to build precision equipment for the young espresso trade and quickly turned the name into a byword for grinding excellence. More than a century on, Eureka is a global reference point in specialty coffee equipment, with every grinder still hand-assembled in the same Florentine factory where industrial engineering meets artisan craft. The brand is known for pushing the state of the art in grinding technology — from Silent Technology to touchscreen dosing systems — while keeping its products 100% Made in Florence.
The Product
The Eureka Atom Excellence 75B Espresso Grinder shares its footprint with the 65B but steps up to 75mm flat steel burrs and a larger 430W motor, built to grind faster for busier bars. It carries the same Silent Technology, ACE anti-clump system, and TFT touch display, just with more throughput behind it. This is the Excellence platform built for volume — where speed and quiet both have to hold up under pressure.
Key Features
75mm Flat Steel Burrs (Higher Throughput)
Larger burrs and a stronger motor grind noticeably faster than the 65B, suited to bars pulling a high volume of shots back-to-back.
Silent Technology (Quiet, All-Day Operation)
Eureka's acoustic engineering cuts operating noise so the grinder can run continuously through service without dominating the room.
ACE System (Anti-Clump And Anti-Static)
The Anti-Clump & Electrostaticity system keeps grounds free-flowing into the portafilter, reducing clumping and static cling that throw off your dose.
Stepless Micrometric Regulation (Precise Dialing-In)
Adjust grind size in infinitely small increments rather than fixed steps, so you can chase an exact extraction time as beans age or humidity shifts.
TFT Touch Display (Simple Dose Control)
A touchscreen interface replaces mechanical buttons, giving you a clear read on doses and settings at a glance.
Hands-Free Adjustable Fork (Faster Workflow)
An all-purpose portafilter fork holds your handle in place mid-grind, so your hands are free for the next step.
High-Speed Maintenance (Less Downtime)
Burrs and key components are designed for quick access and swap-out, keeping service interruptions short.
Who It's Built For
The Atom Excellence 75B is built for you if your bar runs at a pace where the 65B's throughput isn't quite enough — high-volume cafés, multi-till counters, or venues stacking orders through peak service. It's suited to operators who need speed without giving up the Excellence line's quiet running and dosing precision. You get more grind per second without more noise on the counter — built to keep pace when the queue doesn't stop.

Summary
The Atom Excellence 75B takes the same Silent Technology and ACE system as the 65B and adds the burr size and motor power to match a genuinely busy bar. It's built for venues where volume is constant and quiet, consistent grinding still isn't negotiable.
