About the Brand
Eureka has been designing and building coffee grinders in Florence, Italy since 1920, founded by Aurelio Conti. More than a century on, the company is still based in Sesto Fiorentino and hand-assembles its grinders in the same Florentine factory, having grown into one of the most recognised names in espresso grinding worldwide — trusted by cafés and roasters for pairing precise Italian engineering with genuine artisanal craft.
The Product
The Eureka Mignon Zero 65 All Purpose Espresso Grinder pairs a large 65mm burr set with single-dose, low-retention design, built to move between espresso, pour-over, AeroPress, French press and cold brew without a bean left behind between methods. Its Anti-Retention System and Blow Up mechanism clear the chamber after every grind, so switching coffees doesn't mean flavour carryover. This is one grinder built to replace a shelf of them.
Key Features
65mm Flat Hardened Steel Burrs (All-Purpose Grinding)
The larger 65mm burr set grinds at 0.8–1.2g/s for espresso and 2.5–3.0g/s for brew, covering both ends of the grind spectrum in one machine.
Anti-Retention System & Blind Upper Burr (Near-Zero Carryover)
A blind upper burr and dedicated anti-retention design keep the grinding chamber clear, so each dose reflects only the beans you loaded.
Blow Up System (Push Grounds Through)
A blow-up mechanism clears any grounds left in the chute after grinding, pushing output close to 100% of what you loaded.
45g Single-Dose Hopper (Load What You Need)
A compact 45g hopper is built for single dosing — no beans sitting exposed between grinds, and an easy switch between coffees.
Stepless Micrometric Regulation System (Precise Dial-In)
Eureka's patented stepless system lets you fine-tune grind size in small increments, whether you're dialling in an espresso or opening up for filter.
Anti-Chaff Funnel (Cleaner Chamber)
A dedicated funnel design manages chaff and fine particles, keeping the grinding chamber cleaner between doses.
Who It's Built For
You brew more than one way — espresso some days, pour-over or cold brew on others — and you don't want a grinder that only does one of them well. The Mignon Zero 65 All Purpose gives you a large burr set, near-zero retention and single dosing across every method you brew. It's built for the home barista who refuses to own five grinders — one machine, every method, no carryover.
