The Eureka Oro Mignon Single Dose Espresso Grinder is Eureka's answer to the single-dose category, built on the same platform as the popular Mignon XL 65 but tilted 15 degrees and fitted with a bellows-equipped single-dose hopper. It's part of Eureka's premium Oro range, cutting into 65mm Diamond-coated burrs to grind only what you load — nothing more. This is Eureka's commercial-grade engineering, redirected entirely at the single-dose home barista.
Eureka's patented Diamond-coated 65mm flat burrs hold their edge longer and cut consistently at 2.3–2.8g/s for espresso.
The whole grinder is angled 15 degrees, so gravity does more of the work moving grounds out of the chamber and into your dosing cup.
An extremely-low-retention design keeps almost nothing behind between doses, so the coffee you loaded is the coffee you get.
A bellows mechanism pushes through any grounds left in the chute after grinding, taking output close to 100% of what you loaded.
