La Marzocco was founded in 1927 in Florence, Italy. In 1939, it was La Marzocco that developed and patented the first coffee machine with a horizontal boiler, now an industry standard. Today, La Marzocco remains an artisan company, while offering important advancements in equipment technology to its customers and in the industry.

About the La Marzocco Linea Classic Espresso Machine range

Carefully designed to blend into any setting, the Linea Classic – with its dual boiler system, saturated groups and PID controller, is a work of art that is linear in design and dressed in polished stainless steel and includes stainless steel portafilters and advanced precision baskets. Its clean lines and simple charm furnish the many cafés, roasters, and chains whose names have defined the specialty coffee industry and has buoyed the development of the specialty coffee industry since the early 1990s.

The Linea Classic comes in 1, 2 & 3 group sizes. It can even be ordered in specially in a 4 group size should that be required.

La Marzocco Linea Classic AV vs. EE

The La Marzocco Linea Classic espresso machine comes in two versions. The EE is the semi-automatic version, which means that the barista controls the espresso extraction start and stop time with the use of a button. The AV version is automatic, which means that you can pre-programme up to 4 different coffee beverages and the machine will start and stop the extraction at the set time.
