Kalita is the Japanese coffee equipment maker behind the Wave dripper, built around a flat-bottomed, three-hole design as an alternative to Hario's conical V60.
Kalita's own wave-shaped paper filters for the Wave dripper — the crimped, fluted sides create small air pockets between filter and dripper wall, which is what gives the Wave its even, flat-bed extraction. They're sized to match the 155 (1-2 cups) and 185 (2-4 cups) drippers, with 100 filters per pack.
As with the V60, match the filter size to your dripper for consistent results.
