About Mazzer
Mazzer has built coffee grinders in Venice, Italy since 1948, when founder Luigi Mazzer began producing grinders and burrs by hand. Three generations later — Luigi, his son Giovanni, and now his grandson — the company still designs, manufactures and assembles every core grinding component in-house. Mazzer grinders now work behind bars in more than 100 countries, and that consistency has made the brand one of the most trusted names in commercial coffee grinding.
The Product
The Mazzer Super Jolly Electronic On Demand Commercial Espresso Grinder carries over five decades of Super Jolly heritage — the original launched in 1971 — into a touchscreen-controlled, on-demand grinder built for small to medium volume cafés. Its Grind Flow Control system tackles static and clumping before they ever reach your portafilter. This is the workhorse grinder that's stood behind café counters for generations, brought fully up to date.
Key Features
64mm Flat Burrs (Consistent, Uniform Grind)
Hardened 64mm flat burrs deliver uniform particle distribution, giving you a consistent espresso extraction dose after dose.
Touch-Sensitive Digital Interface (Single, Double & Third Dose)
Programme single, double and third doses on a touch display with three recordable time settings, keeping recipes consistent across every barista on shift.
Grind Flow Control — GFC (Less Static, Cleaner Dosing)
The GFC system reduces static and clumping in the grinding chamber, so grounds land cleanly in the portafilter instead of sticking to the chute.
Portafilter-Activated Grinding (Hands-Free Operation)
Rest the portafilter in the holder and grinding starts automatically, keeping your hands free for the next step in the shot.
Stepless Micrometric Adjustment (Precise Control)
Continuous grind adjustment lets you fine-tune to the exact setting your beans need, rather than settling for the nearest fixed step.
1.1kg Hopper (Sustained Service Without Refills)
A generous 1.1kg hopper keeps you grinding through a busy service without constant top-ups.
Die-Cast Aluminium Body (Built For Daily Volume)
A rugged die-cast aluminium body is built to handle daily high-use café environments without wearing down.
Who It's Built For
The Super Jolly Electronic is built for café owners running small to medium volume who want a grinder that just works, shift after shift. If you need consistent espresso extraction with modern electronic control and none of the fuss, this is the grinder that's earned its reputation as a café standard.
