About Mazzer
Mazzer has built coffee grinders in Venice, Italy since 1948, when founder Luigi Mazzer began producing grinders and burrs by hand. Three generations later — Luigi, his son Giovanni, and now his grandson — the company still designs, manufactures and assembles every core grinding component in-house. Mazzer grinders now work behind bars in more than 100 countries, and that consistency has made the brand one of the most trusted names in commercial coffee grinding.
The Product
The Mazzer Super Jolly Electronic Pro V On Demand Commercial Espresso Grinder updates Mazzer's most recognisable grinder — the original Jolly dates back to 1971 — with sleeker lines, a wider grind adjustment range, and optional cloud connectivity. It's built for café owners who want the Super Jolly's proven reliability paired with modern remote monitoring. This is the Super Jolly, reengineered for how cafés run today.
Key Features
64mm Flat Burrs (Consistent Grind Every Dose)
Flat 64mm burrs deliver uniform particle distribution for a consistent espresso extraction, shot after shot.
Wider Micrometric Adjustment Range (More Control Over Every Recipe)
The Pro V's adjustment range is wider and more precise than the outgoing model's, giving you finer control when dialling in a new bean.
Memory Track System — MTS (Save & Recall Grind Settings)
Index your grind settings so switching between recipes or beans is instant, without hunting for the right position again.
Portafilter-Activated Grind Button (Hands-Free Dosing)
Grind hands-free by activating the grinder directly from the portafilter holder, freeing you up for the next step in the shot.
Optional IoT Connectivity (Monitor Your Grinder Remotely)
An optional internet-connected platform lets you track output, monitor maintenance needs and review usage data from anywhere — useful for owners managing more than one site.
Adjustable Portafilter Holder (Fits Any Setup)
A fully adjustable portafilter holder accommodates different portafilter sizes without extra fittings.
Easy-Clean Grinding Chamber (No Lost Calibration)
The grinding chamber opens for cleaning without disturbing your grind setting, so you're back to service without redialling.
Who It's Built For
The Super Jolly Pro V is built for small to medium café owners who want the reliability of Mazzer's most iconic grinder alongside modern conveniences like remote monitoring and finer adjustment control. If you're running one site or several and want visibility into how your grinder is performing, this update gives you that without losing what made the Super Jolly a classic.
A contemporary classic, built for cafés that expect more from a familiar name — precision, connectivity, and decades of proof behind it.
