AeroPress began in 1984 as Aerobie, Inc., founded by Stanford engineering lecturer Alan Adler — the same inventor behind the record-setting Aerobie flying ring. Adler turned his engineering mind to coffee in 2004, and the AeroPress launched in 2005 to become one of the most-loved manual brewers in the world.
These are AeroPress's official paper micro-filters — thin paper discs that sit in the filter cap and are wetted before brewing to seal against it. They keep grounds and sediment out of your cup while letting the coffee's flavour through cleanly. Each pack holds 350 filters, enough for months of daily brewing.
They fit the AeroPress Original, Clear and Go. They do not fit the AeroPress XL, which needs its own larger filter.
