One places the WDT distributor on top of your coffee puck (fits 58mm portafilters) and you simply spin the top part, which independently spins the needles in the coffee puck. Gone are the days of doing this manually or with a one handed WDT tool.

The WDT tool is made out of three components:

1. The top (which is fixed to the needles in the middle)
2. The middle that stands still on the portafilter 
3. The bottom cushion (that houses and protects the needles after you are finished)
