About the Brand
Fiorenzato has been building coffee grinders in Italy since 1936, when Pietro Fiorenzato founded the company in Mestre, near Venice. The brand introduced Italy's first countertop grinder in 1948 and became the country's grinder market leader by 1988, and under the founder's grandchildren, it's kept innovating since, most recently with Sense grind-by-weight technology. Fiorenzato builds nothing but commercial coffee grinders, and that singular focus shows up in the depth and precision of its range.
The Product
The Fiorenzato All Ground On Demand Multi Purpose Grinder is an entry-level grinder built around one idea: switching between brew styles shouldn't mean buying three grinders. A single dial moves between Filter, Moka and Espresso settings, with stepped micrometric adjustment for fine-tuning within each. Compact and straightforward, this is the grinder for anyone who wants café-grade grinding across multiple brew methods without café-scale equipment.
Key Features
Three-Mode Dial (Filter, Moka & Espresso)
One dial moves cleanly between the three brew styles, so you're not stuck recalibrating a single-purpose grinder every time you switch how you're brewing.
64mm Flat Burr Set (Fast, Precise Grinding)
The flat 64mm burrs grind through any of the three settings within seconds, driven by a motor sized to handle daily use without straining.
Stepped Micrometric Adjustment (Fine Control Within Each Mode)
Beyond the three main settings, stepped micrometric adjustment lets you fine-tune the grind further, so you're not limited to one fixed point per brew style.
Tool-Free Burr Release (Effortless Cleaning)
Turn the dial to its coarsest setting and press the release button, and the burr set comes free for cleaning — no tools, no disassembly, no excuse to put it off.
Compact Countertop Footprint (Fits Anywhere)
At 169 × 240 × 440mm and 9kg, the All Ground fits on a home counter, office kitchen or small café bar without hogging space.
Who It's Built For
The All Ground is built for home baristas, small offices and cafés that brew more than one way and don't want a separate grinder for each. If your day moves between an espresso shot and a pour-over, this grinder moves with you.
Simple, versatile, and easy to keep clean — this is grinding without the compromise of a single-purpose machine.
