About the Brand
Fiorenzato has been building coffee grinders in Italy since 1936, when Pietro Fiorenzato founded the company in Mestre, near Venice. The brand introduced Italy's first countertop grinder in 1948 and became the country's grinder market leader by 1988, and under the founder's grandchildren, it's kept innovating since, most recently with Sense grind-by-weight technology. Fiorenzato builds nothing but commercial coffee grinders, and that singular focus shows up in the depth and precision of its range.
The Product
The Fiorenzato F64E is a commercial on-demand espresso grinder built around 64mm flat burrs, digital dose programming and stepless micrometric adjustment. It's designed to deliver grind uniformity and repeatability shot after shot, in a footprint compact enough for a small café counter, office coffee point or a serious home setup. This is commercial-grade grinding scaled down to fit spaces that don't need — or can't fit — a full café rig.
Key Features
64mm Flat Stainless-Steel Burrs (Consistent Extraction)
Large stainless-steel burrs at this size deliver clarity and consistency in the cup, avoiding the fines and unevenness smaller burr sets can introduce.
Ring-Nut Micrometric Adjustment (Stepless Fine-Tuning)
Stepless adjustment lets you dial into the exact grind size for your beans and roast, rather than settling for the nearest fixed click.
Digital Dosing Display (Programmable Single & Double Doses)
Program your dose once and repeat it precisely, with a digital display that keeps timing accurate shot after shot.
Adjustable Portafilter Fork (Hands-Free Dosing)
The fork holds your portafilter in place and adapts to different portafilter sizes, freeing your hands during grinding.
1.5kg Bean Hopper (Fewer Refills Through Service)
A 1.5kg hopper covers a solid day's workload for a small café or busy office without constant topping up.
Who It's Built For
The F64E is built for small cafés, offices and coffee service points that want commercial-level grind quality without commercial-level floor space. It's equally suited to a serious home espresso setup that's outgrown entry-level equipment.
Reliable, precise, and sized to fit — that's the F64E.
