About the Brand
Fiorenzato has been building coffee grinders in Italy since 1936, when Pietro Fiorenzato founded the company in Mestre, near Venice. The brand introduced Italy's first countertop grinder in 1948 and became the country's grinder market leader by 1988, and under the founder's grandchildren, it's kept innovating since, most recently with Sense grind-by-weight technology. Fiorenzato builds nothing but commercial coffee grinders, and that singular focus shows up in the depth and precision of its range.
The Product
The Fiorenzato F83E steps up out of the F64 family entirely, moving to an 83mm burr set built for sites where daily covers — not counter space — are the constraint. Larger burrs run cooler and last longer at high volume than smaller ones asked to do the same job, and that's the entire rationale behind this size class. This is Fiorenzato's answer for cafés and roasteries that have simply outgrown a 64mm grinder.
Key Features
83mm Flat Burr Set (Higher Volume, Longer Burr Life)
A meaningfully larger grinding surface than the F64 range copes with sustained high-volume output while running cooler.
650W Motor (Built for Sustained Throughput)
A stepped-up motor drives the larger burr set through back-to-back grinding without labouring.
On-Demand Electronic Dosing (Fast Adjustment)
Doses are adjustable in seconds, letting you retune recipes quickly as beans or baristas change.
1.5kg Bean Hopper (Fewer Refills at Volume)
A 1.5kg hopper keeps pace with the higher throughput this grinder is built for, without constant refilling.
CE, TÜV & ETL Certified (Commercial-Grade Build Standards)
Independently certified to commercial safety and build standards, giving you confidence it's built for continuous professional use.
Who It's Built For
The F83E is built for higher-volume cafés and roasteries that have outgrown a 64mm grinder's daily capacity and need more throughput plus longer burr life between replacements. If your grinder is the bottleneck in your service, not your baristas, this is the fix.
Bigger burrs, more throughput, less downtime — the F83E is built for volume.

Summary
Fiorenzato's answer to volume — a bigger 83mm burr platform for sites where the 64mm range has become the bottleneck. If your daily covers have outgrown your grinder, the F83E is built to catch up.
