The Company
Marco Beverage Systems has built precision water and beverage equipment from Dublin, Ireland since 1980, when the company developed Ireland’s first electronically-controlled water boiler. Marco pioneered undercounter beverage dispense — moving equipment out of sight and onto a clean counter workflow — and was acquired by the Middleby Corporation in December 2022, now B Corp certified and supplying commercial kitchens worldwide.
The Product
A compact, manual-fill batch brewer in two capacities — the F45M brews up to 1.5L in about 5 minutes for smaller sites, the F60M scales to 2.2L. Both skip a direct water connection entirely, so they’ll run anywhere there’s a power socket, and the F60M’s enhanced sprayhead ensures even saturation across the grounds bed.
