About Mazzer
Mazzer has built coffee grinders in Venice, Italy since 1948, when founder Luigi Mazzer began producing grinders and burrs by hand. Three generations later — Luigi, his son Giovanni, and now his grandson — the company still designs, manufactures and assembles every core grinding component in-house. Mazzer grinders now work behind bars in more than 100 countries, and that consistency has made the brand one of the most trusted names in commercial coffee grinding.
The Product
The Mazzer New Mini C Electronic is the latest generation of Mazzer's longest-running grinder line, rebuilt around a faster motor and two interchangeable 64mm flat burr sets tuned for different roast profiles. It's designed for cafés and home baristas who want commercial-grade grinding without a commercial-sized footprint. This is Mazzer's smallest grinder, carrying its biggest reputation.
Key Features
64mm Flat Steel Burrs (Choose Your Roast Profile)
The New Mini C ships with two interchangeable 64mm flat burr sets, so you can match the burr to your roast rather than compromise on one universal grind.
Redesigned Asynchronous Motor (Faster Throughput)
The new motor pushes grinding speed up by more than 50% over the previous Mini generation, cutting the wait between doses during back-to-back orders.
Stepless Micrometric Adjustment (Dial-In Precision)
Fine, continuous grind adjustment lets you land on the exact setting your coffee needs, rather than jumping between fixed steps.
Touchscreen Electronic Dosing (Programmable Single & Double Doses)
A touch interface with a dose counter lets you programme single and double doses in fine increments, keeping every shot repeatable across a shift.
Compact Die-Cast Aluminium Body (Small Footprint, Built To Last)
At 45mm shorter than the original Mini, the New Mini C fits under low shelving and cramped counters without giving up the die-cast durability Mazzer is known for.
Anti-Static De-Clumping (Cleaner Dosing)
An improved anti-static system reduces grounds clinging to the chute and portafilter, keeping your bar cleaner between doses.
Portafilter-Activated Grinding (Hands-Free Workflow)
Rest the portafilter in the holder and grinding starts automatically, freeing your hands for the next step in the shot.
Who It's Built For
The New Mini C Electronic is built for café owners and home baristas who need commercial consistency but don't have commercial counter space. If you're running a small bar, a satellite kiosk, or a serious home setup, this grinder gives you Mazzer's engineering in a footprint that fits.
Compact, fast, and precise — this is professional grinding without the professional-sized machine.
