Orlando Simonelli built his first espresso machine in Cessapalombo, Italy, in 1936 — advanced enough for its time that the company still uses the year as a badge of honour. Renamed Nuova Simonelli, the brand has built its name on volume-ready commercial machines, and the Musica brings a compact slice of that engineering into smaller venues.
The Musica is an elegant, compact volumetric machine capable of delivering genuinely high-quality espresso — sized, styled, and priced for venues that don't need full commercial scale but still want dependable, repeatable output. As a volumetric machine, it lets the operator program up to three independent dosages, each selected via back-lit, soft-touch buttons on the front of the machine.
Those buttons can be dimmed or brightened to suit the venue's lighting — a small but genuinely useful detail if the machine is sitting in anything from a bright retail counter to a moodier café space. A Lux version with LED body lighting is available for operators who want a bit more visual presence on the counter, and both plumbed-in and rotary pump upgrade packages are available if your site setup calls for them.
