About the Brand
Saeco was founded in 1981 in Gaggio Montano, Italy, by Sergio Zappella and Arthur Schmed, and within four years the company had launched the Superautomatica — the world's first fully automatic espresso machine for home use. That same instinct, automating genuine Italian espresso technique rather than diluting it, still defines the brand.
Saeco machines are now a fixture in offices, hotels, and hospitality venues worldwide, valued for consistent, barista-style results with minimal daily intervention.
The Product
The Saeco Aurora Series is built for speed and simplicity — a super-automatic bean-to-cup line for offices, boutique hotels, and hospitality venues that need dependable, high-volume self-service rather than a showpiece machine.
Choosing Between M1, M2 and B1, B2
The M-models (M1, M2) include an automatic milk frother for cappuccino and latte macchiato, with the M2 adding a High-Speed Cappuccino function that cuts preparation time on milk drinks. The B-models (B1, B2) skip milk handling for espresso and black coffee only. As with the Magic line, the 2-variants step up water tank and bean hopper capacity over the 1-variants for higher-volume use.
