About the Brand
Fiorenzato has been building coffee grinders in Italy since 1936, when Pietro Fiorenzato founded the company in Mestre, near Venice. The brand introduced Italy's first countertop grinder in 1948 and became the country's grinder market leader by 1988, and under the founder's grandchildren, it's kept innovating since, most recently with Sense grind-by-weight technology. Fiorenzato builds nothing but commercial coffee grinders, and that singular focus shows up in the depth and precision of its range.
The Product
The Fiorenzato F64EVO builds on the F64E platform with one key addition: EVO Technology, an automatic cooling fan that holds grind temperature steady under sustained use. The 64mm flat burrs, ring-nut micrometric adjustment and digital dose programming carry over, so what you're really adding is consistency during long, back-to-back sessions. This is the F64 platform tuned for sites that don't get a break in service.
Key Features
64mm Flat Burrs (Grind Uniformity & Extraction Clarity)
The same proven 64mm burr set delivers consistent particle size, translating directly into a more even extraction.
EVO Technology Automatic Cooling Fan (Stable Grind Temperature)
An automatic cooling fan keeps burr temperature in check during extended runs, helping protect cup consistency when the grinder doesn't get a rest.
Ring-Nut Micrometric Adjustment (Stepless Fine-Tuning)
Stepless adjustment lets you dial in the exact grind size rather than settling for the nearest fixed step.
Digital Dose Programming (Repeatable Single & Double Doses)
Program a dose once and the grinder repeats it precisely, keeping recipes consistent across shifts and baristas.
1.5kg Bean Hopper (Steady Workload Without Refills)
The 1.5kg hopper handles a solid workload before needing a top-up, useful for training bars, small retail counters or busy home setups.
Who It's Built For
The F64EVO is built for boutique cafés, training bars and small retail or pour-over stations that need excellent grinding without needing full high-volume commercial scale. It also suits serious home enthusiasts who want commercial burr size and control on their own counter.
Café-level build in a footprint that fits almost anywhere — that's the F64EVO.
