Founded in 2017, Swiss brand Bentwood builds precision espresso and filter grinders around one idea: burr geometry that genuinely changes what’s in the cup. Designed in Germany, produced in Switzerland and Italy, Bentwood is the official grinder of several major barista and brewers cup competitions.

The Product

Bentwood’s flagship, and its first move into grind-by-weight — a 2.4" sapphire glass display and built-in scale deliver weight-based dosing to 0.1g accuracy, with a servomotor handling automated grind adjustment. 75mm custom “blind” burrs push espresso grind speed to roughly 7g/s, and the grinder can store three saved recipes as combinations of grind size and weight or time.

Connectivity — built-in WiFi lets technicians pull usage and maintenance data remotely.

Also sold as — a co-branded “Bentwood x Rocket” H75 variant exists in some markets; worth checking with Morrico which badge the local stock carries.
