The Product

The original Flair — the machine that created the manual lever espresso category in 2016 and, in updated form, is still the reference point for the rest of the range. It’s fully manual, ships complete with everything needed to brew (including two portafilters — one for convenience, one for full control), and folds down small enough to live in a drawer between uses.

Included — two portafilters as standard; the optional Pressure Kit adds a stainless steel tamper and pressure gauge for real-time pressure feedback during the pull.
